The Code of Ethics of the Estonian Legal Expert Association was developed by, and applies to the members of, the Estonian Bar Association (EBA). The Code states that the members follow both the overall moral behaviour and the professional conduct of the EBA and are honest, just and trustworthy. Criticizing colleagues publicly is not supported but when needed, it must be objective with the person being criticized having the possibility to answer to the critique in the same format.
