Principles of Ethics and Good Practice Code for LiMA Members established by the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA)—a voluntary association dedicated to elevating marketing standards in Lithuania—to strengthen marketing self-regulation, protect the profession’s honour, and promote ethical business practices. The Code establishes ethical Guidelines, emphasizing professionalism, respect, transparency, honesty, and fairness in marketing practices. It mandates legal standards, equality among members, responsible marketing communications, respect for consumer rights and privacy, and professional solidarity. The Code prohibits discrimination, misuse of information, and personal gain from professional activities. It outlines disciplinary measures for violations, fostering a culture of mutual respect, professional growth, and ethical standards within the Lithuanian marketing community.
