Abstract

The Code of Ethics of the Association of Managers deals with the ethical relationship between the individual and the company, and the relationship between the company, the state and society. The principles emphasize: respect for dignity; concern for the growth and development of colleagues; focus on the company’s prosperity; responsibility towards the owners; mutual trust between business partners; acting in good faith towards the community. They also stress the need for: open and constructive dialogue with the state; responsible coexistence with the environment; awareness of the complexity of the profession; and responsibility towards oneself.
