Abstract

Strategy and Charter (Strategie und Leitbild/Stratégie et charte/Strategia e carta) is a paper published by the Federal Office of Communications (BAKOM/OFCOM/UFCOM) presenting the organizations’ vision and values. The paper explains that OFCOM’s strategy is based on its vision, which provides the general direction for its actions, and its mission, which derives from the basic mandate entrusted to OFCOM by the Federal Council. The paper also sets out the values that OFCOM employees apply in their daily work (e.g., responsibility, respect, cost efficiency, and interdisciplinary collaboration for effective communication management).
