Abstract

The Comment Moderation Charter (Charte de Modération des Commentaires) by BNJ Media Holding is aimed at users who comment on BNJ’s websites, pages, and various social media accounts. The Charter outlines the rules that users must adhere to when publishing a comment, as well as the grounds for removing comments. It also asserts BNJ’s right to report comments deemed reprehensible to the appropriate authorities. Additionally, the Charter describes the requirements for publishing a comment and also informs users that they can report a comment that violates the Charter or seek information about the removal of a comment.
