Our representatives from the Austrian Academy of Sciences Marie Rathmann and Krisztina Rozgonyi presented a paper and represented DIACOMET at the annual conference of the International and Intercultural Division of the German Communication Association (DGPuK).

The topic of the conference, which took place between November 14th and 15th 2024 in Salzburg, Austria, was “Overcoming the Divides? Towards Global Inclusivity Communication Studies in Times of Uncertainty”.

Our representatives participated on Panel 2 on “Inclusivity, Representation, and Ethical Considerations in Global Journalism”. They presented a paper titled “The Value of Differences: A Transnational Qualitative Document Analysis on the Presence of Inclusivity and Diversity in Codes of Ethics”, authored by Rathmann, Rozgonyi, Christina Krakovsky and Tobias Eberwein.
