DIACOMET was represented at the World Journalism Education Congress (WJEC) in San Francisco, where our partners presented new findings from our ongoing research. In their talk titled “Tomorrow never knows: On the role of ethical codes and guidelines in journalism’s uncertain future”, our partners discussed results from a collaborative content analysis of 429 documents across eight European countries.

As emphasized by our representatives who visited WJEC, Tobias Eberwein (Austrian Academy of Sciences) and Erik Uszkiewicz (Hungarian Europe Society), the congress serves as an inspiring meeting point between communication research and media practice. We are very grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to present our project and receive valuable feedback.

All details of our presentations can be found below. We invite you to also browse through the entire programme on this link.
