Free dialogue and media ethics in focus in Budapest
DIACOMET’s Hungarian partner held a project closing event in Budapest on 28 May 2026 focusing on media, polarization, ethics and the prospects for free dialogue in digital communication. The programme presented key DIACOMET achievements and findings from research on ethical communication, while also bringing together journalists, researchers and media experts to discuss the future of Hungarian media regulation, journalism and the public sphere. The event connected project results with current challenges facing democratic communication and created space for public debate, exchange and networking.
