Abstract

The binding Code of Conduct by the A1 Telekom Austria Group applies to all employees to ensure ethical behaviour. The Code emphasizes integrity, honesty, and transparency towards stakeholders and prioritizes respectful interaction and aims to empower digital life while taking social and environmental responsibility. Moreover, the group emphasizes the importance of digital ethics, using big data analyses and AI to simplify customers’ lives and positively impact social goals, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The A1 Telekom Austria Group respects journalistic independence and does not attempt to influence reporting through advertising or free services.
