It mandates adherence to laws, anti-corruption efforts, fair competition, and environmental responsibility while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Code, applicable to all employees within the BITĖ Group, aims to foster a culture of transparency and integrity, ensuring decisions uphold the Group’s reputation and interests. Violations may lead to disciplinary actions.
