Abstract

Code of Ethics of the Jonava District Municipal Administration was created ​by the Director of Jonava District Municipality Administration. ​Its purpose is to establish principles and Guidelines for the conduct of employees, ensuring transparency, public interest, and ethics in the activities of the Municipal Administration. ​ The Code sets out the principles and Guidelines for the conduct of employees of the Jonava District Municipal Administration. ​ It aims to ensure transparency, public interest, and ethics in the activities of the Municipal Administration. ​ The Code covers general provisions, general principles of conduct, behaviour in dealing with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors, principles for working with the public, balancing public and private interests, prevention of corruption, obligation to protect secrets, and final provisions.
