Abstract

The Lithuanian Youth Organizations Council (LiJOT) Ethics Code, established by LiJOT, aims to provide a sustainable, ethical, and transparent foundation for the organization’s development and to create inclusive conditions for community participation. It emphasizes responsible management, non-discrimination, transparency, legal compliance, and environmental responsibility. The Code applies to all LiJOT activities and members, ensuring actions benefit society, manage funds with integrity, and maintain LiJOT’s positive societal image. It mandates transparent relations with stakeholders and accountability for decisions and actions, fostering an environment of mutual respect and non-competition among members for the collective mission’s success.
