Abstract

Editorial Statute (Redaktionsstatut) is a paper issued by Thurgaukultur.ch, which presents the online culture portal of Thurgaukultur.ch (described as non-partisan and independent), and its main goal (to provide a comprehensive overview of the cultural offerings in Thurgau). The paper also presents the portal’s editorial principles (e.g., truthful and fair reporting, that opinion pieces, advertising and media releases are clearly identified). The Editorial Statutes of thurgaukultur.ch regulate the cooperation between the editorial team/management, Board of Directors and shareholders on the one hand, and journalistic and editorial issues to ensure quality and journalistic freedom on the other.
