Abstract

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is the bank of the European Union and the largest multilateral financing institution worldwide. Their mission is to invest in the future of Europe and make the continent more competitive, prosperous, and resilient to climate change. The EIB Group Staff Code of Conduct emphasizes the importance of integrity, respect, cooperation, commitment and equal opportunities. It applies to all staff members, and the EIB group may take (disciplinary) action for non-compliance. Special attention should be paid to the fifth chapter about external relations.
