Abstract

The online forum of the regional newspaper Kleine Zeitung has voluntarily established Forum Rules to guide the discussion between users in the comment section. Although the Rules point out that every user has the right to the freedom of expression, the Forum requires both a respectful tone and tolerance. The dissemination of illegal or discriminatory content, off-topic discussions, advertising and spam are not permitted. Users who repeatedly violate our forum rules will be temporarily or permanently banned from the comments section.
