Abstract

Omroep Gelderland is the regional public broadcaster of the Dutch province of Gelderland. The” Journalistic Code of Conduct” consists of guidelines for all journalistic employees of Omroep Gelderland. The guidelines outline the working methods and cover topics such as independence, truthfulness, and transparency. For example, they should interact respectfully with viewers/listeners and where required they should be able to protect the privacy of sources. It also describes in detail how they deal with rectifications.
