Abstract

Code of Ethics of UAB “Martonas” – a company that works in the automotive repair and maintenance sector. The document is for employees but also encompasses the company’s commitment to honesty, respect, responsibility, exemplariness, and fairness across all its services, including the technical maintenance and repair of passenger cars, minibuses, and trucks. The Code emphasizes confidentiality, impartiality, fair client treatment, and quality service in automotive care. It mandates respectful internal relationships, fair competition, and the safeguarding of confidential information. Additionally, it provides Guidelines for employees’ political and social activities, ensuring their professional actions reflect the company’s values and legal standards.
