Abstract

These Social Media Guidelines are aimed at employees of the Wiener Wohnen Group and emphasize the responsible use of social media platforms. Employees are reminded that they represent the company even when using social media in their personal capacity. Critical statements or discriminatory content that goes against the values of the company should be avoided, as it may have consequences under employment law. When posting on social media, it is important that individuals indicate that their opinions are private and not representative of their employer. Legal aspects such as service regulations, official secrecy, data protection, and copyrights should also be observed.
