Abstract

The Petrol Code of Conduct (The Energy of Our Actions) is a corporate Code by the largest Slovenian energy company and applies to all employees in the Petrol Group. The section on communication points out open, respectful, well-intentioned and listening-oriented communication, responsive both to positive and negative information. It covers topics, such as meetings and public appearances; verbal, written and electronic communication; communication in social networks; communication with clients; and media relations. Contacts for reporting disrespect of the Code are listed in the final section.
