Abstract

The Code of Conduct for Public Communication was developed by the Chancellery of the Estonian Parliament and states the information and public relations principles. The purpose of the document is to increase public participation in public processes by raising people’s knowledge and interest in the Parliament’s activities. The guiding values are openness, activity and dialogue. The information provided to the public is accurate, up-to-date, politically neutral and easily accessible from the website.
