The DIACOMET team organized a panel discussion at this year’s Forum 2000 Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, titled: “The Possibility of Dialogue-Based Communication in the Modern Era”.
Our representatives Erik Uszkiewicz and István Hegedűs from the Hungarian Europe Society, Kristina Juraitė from the Vytautas Magnus University, and Aiste Meidute from Delfi discussed the devastating effects of algorithms, intensified communication polarization, fake news, disinformation, and factual relativization, which have significant impacts on international relations, geopolitical decisions, elections, and democratic processes.
We thank you all for joining in the discussion and invite you to read more about our event on this link.
