A panel discussion titled Towards Inclusive Civic Accountability Framework was held at the DIACOMET kick-off meeting in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Five speakers discussed the topic: Aidan White (Ethical Journalism Network, DIACOMET Advisory Board), Daphne Koene (the Netherlands Press Council, DIACOMET Advisory Board member), Krisztina Rozgonyi (Austrian Academy of Sciences), Dainius Radzevičius (Lithuanian Union of Journalists) and Marko Milosavljević (University of Ljubljana).
