Abstract

The Code of Ethics was developed by the of the Estonian Association of Social Workers and applies to all social workers (managers of welfare institutions, social workers, care workers, etc.). The Code describes a special section on ethical communication in social media and responsible use of digital technologies. In addition, the Code points out the need to be open to cooperation with the media, keeping in mind the principle of confidentiality.
