Abstract

The European Disability Forum (EDF) is an organisation that advocates for the rights of people with disabilities in Europe. Their legally non-binding “Code of Conduct and Ethics” provides the basic principles for employees, members, governing bodies, and partners to follow. These principles include acting with honesty, integrity, and openness in all work, promoting a respectful and fair work environment, and safeguarding confidentiality and data protection.
