Besides the Code of Honour of the Austrian Press and the BBC’s Editorial Guidelines, they follow the four pillars of solution journalism (information, insight, evidence, and limitation) by the Solution Journalism Network as a quality and relevance criterion for their reporting. Both in their team and their reporting, “relevant.” pays attention to gender equality. They welcome criticism and open themselves up to discussion, as they believe in constant improvement through exchange and feedback.
