Abstract

“Ethical Code” of the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications applies to the members of the association. The Code highlights the principle of fair dealing. The Code states that you must not make disparaging comments, baseless accusations or misleading statements about your competitors or their products and services. Lying, providing misleading information and using dishonest techniques are prohibited when communicating with customers. Cases are heard by the Honorable Court.
