Abstract

“Meta’s Code of Conduct” serves as a foundation for all Meta employees, helping them understand their responsibilities and empowering them to act responsibly. By adhering to this code, Meta aims to build products and programs that not only fulfil their mission of bringing people together but also prioritize the well-being of their users and the wider community. It is built on the principles of giving people a voice, building connection and community, serving everyone, keeping people safe and protecting privacy, and promoting economic opportunity. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
