Abstract

Tirol Werbung GmbH, an information and service provider that promotes Tyrolean tourism, has provided guidelines for customers and the interested public when engaging with their platforms. In addition to the text, GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format) were inserted between the paragraphs. The guidelines emphasize the importance of fairness, urging participants to communicate their concerns in a manner they would appreciate themselves. The rules for engaging in online discussions include respecting others, providing objective criticism, following platform guidelines, and avoiding hate speech or discrimination. They reserve the right to block and delete violators’ posts.
