Abstract

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organisation that works to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity and well-being for all. The “OECD Public Governance Policy Papers N.30” provides an overview of the principles of good practice for public communication responses to misinformation and disinformation. It highlights the evolving context of misinformation and disinformation and emphasizes the role of public communication in addressing this issue. The document states that the views and arguments expressed do not necessarily reflect the official views of OECD member countries.
