It outlines expectations regarding behavior, emphasizing respect, professionalism, and ethical decision-making in all interactions. The code presents the company’s ethical standards. It aims at fostering a culture of empowerment and fairness, upholding human rights and environmental sustainability and ensuring a safe and accountable workplace (for example, by addressing violations with transparency and fairness).
