Abstract

The “Slovenian Advertising Code” by the Slovenian Advertising Chamber sets rules and principles of good practice and is binding for everyone involved in the advertising process, especially advertisers, agencies and the media. The code aims to ensure that advertising is unrestrained in its constructive creative freedom while respecting the rights of others; honest; responsible towards individuals, groups and society; and in line with the fundamental principles of competitiveness and the requirements of the cultural environment. Compliance with the code is assessed by the Advertising Tribunal.
