Abstract

RTL Group is Europe’s largest operator of commercial radio and television stations. The Social Media Community Guidelines are aimed at anyone engaging with their social media channels. By engaging with their social media channels, users are agreeing to follow these Guidelines. The Guidelines provide insights into what is encouraged (such as constructive feedback, respectfulness, and staying on topic) and what is not accepted (such as offensive and hateful comments, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, and spamming). Removal of content and user bans are also addressed.
