Kleine Zeitung’s Terms and Conditions & Terms of Use include detailed Forum Rules that govern participation in its article comment sections of the Austrian newspaper. While encouraging lively debate and diversity of opinion, the rules require users to maintain a respectful, tolerant and fact-based tone. Freedom of expression is protected but limited where the rights of others or applicable law are infringed. A wide range of illegal, harmful or disruptive content is strictly prohibited. Moderation combines automated detection with human review and reported posts are assessed under the Digital Services Act.
