Abstract

The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) “Code of Ethics” outlines the expected ethical standards for all staff. The Code aims to create a supportive and ethical environment within the organization, fostering trust, transparency, and respect. All staff members have to adhere to this Code and confirm their adherence to various ethical principles and values, including integrity, accountability, independence, and impartiality. Violations may result in an internal supervisory investigation and potential disciplinary action.
