Workshop on Dilemmas of Democratic Dialogue

The Hungarian Europe Society is inviting you to attend a workshop titled Dilemmas of Democratic Dialogue. It is organised under the auspices of DIACOMET.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday, 10th of April 2024, from 9.00 AM until 12.30 PM in the ibis Styles Budapest Center (Budapest, Rákóczi út 58., H-1074).

9.00 – 9.10: Welcome by István Hegedűs (Chairman, Hungarian Europe Society; Researcher, DIACOMET)

9.10 – 9.45: Presentation by Anna Kende (Social Psychologist, Director of Institute of Psychology, ELTE Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest): The Psychology of Hostile Intergroup Relations and the Chances of Dialogue

9.45 – 10.15: Presentation by Erik Uszkiewicz (Vice-Chairperson, Hungarian Europe Society; Researcher, DIACOMET): What is DIACOMET? – a brief summary of the project

10.15 – 10.30: Coffee break 

10.30 – 12.30 Interactive workshop – DILEMMA GAME
